Mission Statement:

The mission of The Training Center is to educate food service personnel with the most current industry information regarding safe food handling. We tailor each class to meet the needs of individual establishments by adherence to agreed upon schedules and the required curriculum as set forth by all governmental agencies. We instruct and refresh the knowledge of food service personnel whether employees, supervisors or managers in the key principles for the service of safe food; including: Cross Contamination, Personal Hygiene, Time and Temperature Controls, Biological, Chemical and Physical Hazards. Our instructional program will help you to develop a customized food safety system in your own food service establishment.

YOU WILL PASS THE EXAM! We offer on site training, we will come to your place of business to conduct all classes and the exam. We will schedule class times based on your hours of operation. This Ensures that your business will not be interrupted. Larger classes can be held offsite at convenient training locations or your company's training site.
